Meet Ayla
Ayla Dumais grew up in Squamish after her family moved here from Fort St. John when she was young. Like many people who call this region home, she understands the unique character of our communities: from the entrepreneurial energy of Pemberton, Squamish and Whistler to the coastal towns of the Sunshine Coast and the neighborhoods of West Vancouver.
Over the past two years, Ayla has worked in Ottawa in the Office of the Leader of the Official Opposition. Currently as a Stakeholder Relations Advisor, where she has seen firsthand how federal decisions impact families, businesses, and communities across Canada.
That experience strengthened her belief that our region deserves strong representation in Ottawa, someone who understands our communities and is committed to listening, working hard, and advocating for the people who live here.
Ayla is seeking the federal Conservative nomination to bring that voice forward.

Nomination contests are decided by Conservative Party members in the riding. By becoming a member, you can take part in choosing who will represent our communities as the Conservative candidate in the next federal election.
Your membership helps strengthen our campaign and ensures your voice is part of the process. If you support Ayla’s vision for our region, we would be grateful to have you join.
IMPORTANT: Once you have purchased a membership, Ayla’s nomination campaign will need to see a copy of your membership to include with her submission.
