  • A nomination contest is the process used by the Federal Conservative Party of Canada to select its candidate for a federal riding. Conservative Party members in West Vancouver—Sunshine Coast—Sea to Sky Country will vote to choose who will represent the party in the next federal election.

  • Only eligible Conservative Party members who live in the riding will be able to vote in the nomination contest.

  • There are many ways to support the campaign:

    • Become a Conservative Party member

    • Sign Ayla’s nomination papers

    • Volunteer with the campaign

    • Donate to support campaign activities

    • Share information about the campaign with friends and family

  • You can become a member by purchasing a membership through the Conservative Party of Canada. Once you are a member and eligible under party rules, you may be able to vote in the nomination contest.

  • Signing Ayla’s nomination papers allows her name to appear on the nomination ballot.

    Signing the form does not commit you to voting for Ayla — it simply supports her ability to run in the nomination contest.

  • Only individuals who are Canadian citizens or permanent residents may make political contributions under Canadian law. Supporters from anywhere in Canada are welcome to donate.

    Corporations and organizations are not permitted to make political contributions.

  • Yes. Under federal election law, individuals may contribute up to $1,725 per year (2026 limit) to a registered political party and $1,725 per year in total to candidates, nomination contestants, and riding associations of that party combined.

  • Yes. The campaign may accept in-kind contributions, which are non-monetary goods or services provided to support campaign activities.

    Examples may include event space, printing services, or other supplies used during the campaign. All contributions must comply with election rules and reporting requirements.

  • Absolutely. Campaigns are built by people who care about their community. Volunteers help with outreach, events, organizing, and connecting with supporters across the riding.
